the staff was very friendly and helpful . arthur at the reception was a real gentleman (he gave me an upgrade!). the food and restaurants were also great.

i called to request the key for the door connecting the two adjoining rooms, but my request was ignored. there was no privacy , very disappointing. the bathroom also had a bad smell.

the staff were cute. they were always ready to assist me. the room i had, a signature suite creek view club access, it was spacious. it was also very clean. it had all the amenities i needed for my stay.

the elevators i used weren't working good for days. i waited half hour to take them. the room service wasn't the same as before. i felt that the service declined in quality.

I found the access to the attached shopping center convenient. the gym had a good selection of equipment. I noticed several treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel offered a seamless experience, addressing issues promptly.

i experienced a slight delay during check-in, requiring a short wait in the lobby for my room keys.
