My stay at the Intercontinental Dubai Festival City was overall impressive. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, though I did encounter a few issues with the bed setup that required room changes. The views from my room were lovely, especially during the evening fireworks, and the dining options were expansive. However, I felt that some amenities could be improved, like pillow options and gym equipment. 🌆🌟

My room was spacious with a stunning waterfront view, though it had a box spring with a thin mattress topper that was not ideal for comfort. I had to switch rooms to accommodate my request for a more standard mattress, which was handled promptly. The bathrooms were excellent, which was a plus.

The hotel featured excellent facilities including a well-maintained pool and comprehensive room service. yet, the pool area was quite small for the number of rooms, making it hard to find loungers at times.

The facilities, especially the pool, were good, but the breakfast service was overly crowded and the atmosphere could use some improvement.
